The Process Automation Analyst will work with our customers to redesign their business processes to reduce complexity and automate tedious tasks. The journey to an optimized business process is iterative and requires patience and empathy as your work through our customers’ requirements. However, the end result is extremely gratifying when you see your work simplifying the day-to-day life of another person.

What You’ll Do

  • Successfully manage the implementation process while working with customers to ensure project milestones are achieved and delivery occurs on time
  • Work with both our client services team and software development team to solve configuration challenges
  • Be proactive with issue resolution and manage cases in a timely manner
  • Communicate with project team and executive sponsors on a daily/weekly based to ensure satisfaction
  • Update project plans to track progress


  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – you must be able to critically analyze issues and develop creative solutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently
  • Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to manage through multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Results–oriented
