A page is the central component of ClearWork and represents a single business process or work function that can span many systems. A page typically corresponds to an L3 Process (e.g. Manage Customer Inquiry). Key objects within a page include:

There are 3 general layouts in Pages based on the type of workflow:

Creating Pages

To create a page, you must be an administrator on the Clear platform. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on your user name and select ClearWork Builder:

Based on type of workflow that will be performed in your page, find an existing page that matches that workflow (single record, worklist, or dashboard). Click the Copy icon:

A copy of the page will be made. Click on the properties icon of the new page:

Make sure you change the label, slug, and icon to something appropriate for your process. Then click the Save Page button:
