It honestly bothers me to see companies spending hundreds of millions of dollars on IT projects, which motivated me to start Clear Software. Prior to founding Clear, I was a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where my teams implemented SAP at some of the largest organizations in the world.

I lead our sales organization in tasks ranging from seeking customers to building long-term value-driven relationships. Enterprise software is necessary for business, but I completely believe in our exciting, disruptive vision of bringing hard-to-believe business ROI by simply making employees’ jobs easier. Prior to Clear, I was a sales executive at SAP and held a number of executive sales roles at other ERP software providers.

Tony founded Single Source Systems in 1985 with a focus on increasing productivity in the manufacturing sector. Single Source Systems was acquired by Infor in 2011 and continues to operate as a subsidiary. Additionally, Tony is very active in the Indianapolis venture capital scene and sits on the board of more than a dozen companies.

Don co-founded Allos Ventures in 2011 and focuses mainly on investing in high-growth technology companies in the midwestern United States. Prior to his career in venture capital, Don worked at The Boston Consulting Group and Hewlett Packard.

Many of Acresis’ clients are centered in the Intelligent Automation sector. Prior to Acresis, Mark founded EquaTerra, a global leader in advisory services for outsourcing and shared services that was acquired by KPMG in 2011.
