Executive Team

Jon Gilman
Jon GilmanFounder and CEO
I have always been passionate about fixing broken business processes and cleaning up the mess left by enterprise software. It honestly bothers me to see companies spending hundreds of millions of dollars on IT projects, which motivated me to start Clear Software. Prior to founding Clear, I was a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where my teams implemented SAP at some of the largest organizations in the world.
David Galitsky
David GalitskyChief Technology Officer
I’ve always had an interest in how people interact with technology. I get satisfaction working on Clear Software as it gives me the opportunity to solve tough technical problems to make our customers’ work lives easier and more effective. Prior to joining the Clear team, I was an engineer and team lead at SmartFile where I found a passion for working in innovative and challenging environments.
Marty Thompson

I’m privileged to work with a brilliant team of people at Clear and to lead our marketing efforts. We believe that great marketing begins with understanding what matters to our customers, and working closely with them to make positive changes in their businesses. Prior to Clear, I owned a marketing agency and even spent part of my career as an SAP consultant at KPMG.
Mike Ramirez
Mike RamirezVice President of Sales
I lead our sales organization in tasks ranging from seeking customers to building long-term value-driven relationships. Enterprise software is necessary for business, but I completely believe in our exciting, disruptive vision of bringing hard-to-believe business ROI by simply making employees’ jobs easier. Prior to Clear, I was a sales executive at SAP and held a number of executive sales roles at other ERP software providers.
